A Truly exceptional opportunity has arisen to revive one of North London’s oldest pubs. You will be a member of the team that sees the first customers walk into the pub in over 7 years !

• Duties will include:
• Set-up of the pub (first and foremost).
• Setting up the dining area.
• Taking table side orders.
• Making drinks, from cocktails to pouring beers.
• Clearing tables.
• Bottling up throughout the day.
• High level of customer experience.
• Knowledge of wines.
• Understand menu content, any menu changes and promotional activities.

There is no team structure in place, so if you think you have what it takes to help run the team, let your skills and ambitions shine. All training will be done either on site, or via an online e-learning portal.
